We have invested in born free and sassy mam. Now that he is 7 months, we are fedup witht he born free level 3 since it is very soft and my son rejects milk or formula. So even thought it may not be BPA free we are going to Mam since it works. We use it with born free bottles also.

Perfect nipples for the fungry toddler! October 24, 2009

Our daughter got to where she was sucking really hard on the regular flow nipples, and making this awful sound, not to mention kicking her feet...so we found these and they were the perfect solution. These nipples would NOT be a good idea for a baby who is both breastfed and bottle-fed, but since our daughter is now exclusively bottlefed (foster-adoptive) they are fine.

My son has the MAM pacifiers and took to these nipples immediately. We'd been using Avent until I heard about BPA and switched to Sassy BPA free bottles. My only complaint is that the 'lip' that that holds the nipple inside the ring isn't big enough and sometimes causes leaks.
